DUNCAN'S GREATEST HITS ARE TOTTING UP ON CAMERA

DUNCAN HARWOOD ... highest competition break of 70

EDGEFOLD No1's DUNCAN HARWOOD recorded his highest break in competition play with a magnificent run of 70 in the opening frame of his Open Individual Handicap second round tie with team mate Rob Muxlow which he eventually came through 3-2.
With the break recorded in all its glory on the resident CCTV, Duncan joked that DVDs were on sale for a limited time only, but it actually proved handy as the referee had originally miscounted one short.
This was comfortably the Edgefold cueman's top break in league or cup play but he has been a consistent team prize-winner over the years and also notched a trio of trophy successes in the pairs handicap and individual successes in both the "B" Individual Handicap in 2017 and Christmas 6 reds Handicap in 2021.
Another claim to fame is defeating ex professional Nigel Bond in an exhibition at Edgefold Club when clearing the colours, again caught on camera, so definitely well on the way to a visual record of his greatest hits!!
